HR Executive (Remote – India)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full time or Part-Time HR Executive to support our recruitment operations remotely. This role involves coordinating with candidates, validating CVs, posting jobs on social media, managing the candidate database, and client coordination. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates.
- Screen and validate resumes against job requirements.
- Post job openings on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the internal team for hiring needs.
- Maintain an up-to-date and well-organized candidate database.
- Support initial candidate assessments and shortlisting.
- Provide daily updates to clients and hiring managers on recruitment status.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with job boards and social media recruiting, Linkedin and Naukri.
- Organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Basic Excel/Word/Power point skills for tracking and managing candidate data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a remote work environment.
- Exposure to ATS or CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Freshteam, etc.)
- Previous work in a recruitment agency or consultancy.
- Exposure to AI Tools
